Shaq a Phoenix Sun!?!

It’s official. Shaq is a Phoenix Suns player. Well I know the Suns have made choices in the past that I wasen’t happy with but it all worked out in the end. I just love the exciting, fast paced style of play the Suns do, and a slow moving, broken down Shaq will just not be the same.  Well either way its been great Shawn Marion, we will miss you here in Phoenix and we hope you shine in Miami. We will look back on this and either wish this never happened or always remember this was the start of the Suns finally winning a championship!

Makes me wanna throw up….

Just 3 things to rant about.

1. The Suns will win the championship.  No matter what kind of jacked up call the NBA makes suspending and punishing the Suns when some who averages 7 points a game gets suspended from the Spurs.  I can go on and on about this one (I did at work Tuesday, believe me). But they are meant to win and will win.  Period.

2. I wanted to throw up today in the elevator at work.  I heard two other ladies talking about the TV show Dancing with the Stars like it was a dang sport.  They mentioned loving this season more than last season like they have a playoff and talked about kicks and twirls and spins like basketball fans talk about dunks and three pointers and Suns wins.  (I don’t like Dancings with the Stars in case you didnt notice).

3. Nothing against your text message/myspace plot to take down the oil companies but as a business student at ASU, I hate to break it to you but on May 15th, the oil companies didn’t lose a dime.  Maybe if 5% of Americans start taking the bus, carpooling, riding your bike, walking, then they will lose money.  I rode my bike all 12 miles to downtown Phoenix last Saturday for work, then another 12 miles back home.  It really isn’t that bad, and most of you probably don’t work 12 miles from home.  Or you can at least car pool!!  Not pumping gas for one day and saying they will lose billions is like not eating mcdonalds one day and saying you’ll lose 20 lbs.   It’s aint gonna happen.

In case you didn’t get it, I’m even holding a calander with May 15th circled!
