iLL-Literacy is a popular spoken word group based in California.They are a collective of poets with a simple mission: to have something to say, and for people not only listen.

Touching on topics such as cultural roots, racial identity, politics, gender, oppression and racism to name a few, iLL-Literacy has got something to say and WE want to listen.

iLL-Literacy has traveled throughout the US performing at different college campuses across America and this is their first time coming to Arizona.

Also performing will be Outcrowd (breakdance), Female Prophecy (hip hop) and the local spoken word group: SoulTree.
